Neste domingo (13), aconteceu a cerimônia do Critics’ Choice Awards 2019, premiação votada pelos críticos, que honra os melhores feitos do Cinema e da TV. Os maiores vencedores da noite foram “Roma”, com a vitória em Melhor Filme, Melhor Filme Estrangeiro, Melhor Direção e Melhor Fotografia; e “Pantera Negra”, que venceu Melhor Design de Produção, Melhor Figurino e Melhores Efeitos Visuais.

Outros destaques da noite foram os dois empates, o primeiro na categoria de Melhor Atriz em Minissérie ou Filme para TV, que foi para Amy Adams e Patricia Arquette; e o segundo, na categoria de Melhor Atriz, que foi para Glenn Close e Lady Gaga.

Claire Foy foi a escolhida para receber o prêmio #SeeHer, que homenageia interpretações louváveis de mulheres em todo o entretenimento. A honra já foi recebida por Gal Gadot e Viola Davis, que entregou o troféu a Foy. Chuck Lorre, criador de séries como “The Big Bang Theory” e “Two and a Half-Men”, foi o escolhido para receber o Creative Achievement Award, prêmio da Realização em Criatividade.
